本届展会我司的展品为：自动模具刃磨机CNC Tool Grinding Machine

 

 

 

该设备主要用于数控冲床模具刃口的自动修复,砂轮自动感应对刀，自动刃磨，通过触摸屏参数设置实现模具刃磨.最大磨削直径200MM；亦可磨削屋顶式模具,效果好；上下双道冷却水装置；高级机型配置变频功能，自动调节刃磨力矩大小，环保刃磨更精准；自动检测润滑油；自动检测刃磨液；刃磨液实现电磁分离代替过滤棉；开关门实现自动化，并配置安全栅；刃磨进给结构采用进口直线导轨及滚珠丝杠,伺服驱动，进给精准；主轴电机配置西门子电机；同时配高级CBN砂轮，感应性强,亦防止模具烧伤,提高模具使用寿命.数控冲床是一种自动高效板材加工设备，冲模使用频率高，尤其是在步冲条件下刃口容易磨损变钝，如继续使用刃口变钝的冲模，将影响工件质量，并缩短模具自身的使用寿命，故模具使用一段时间（次数）后应及时刃磨，以恢复刃口锋利并延长其使用寿命。

CNC punching machine is a kind of automatic and high efficient plate processing equipment, High frequency of use of tool, Especially in continuous punching tool easy to wear and blunt，If you continued to use the blunt tool, will affect the quality of the workpiece, and shorten the life of the tool itself, So the tool used for a period of time (frequency) should be promptly grinding, in order to restore the sharp edge and prolong its service life.

1、对刀方式：感应砂轮对刀之所以优于激光对刀，在于激光感应器与砂轮之间的距离是变化的，而PLC设定的距离是固定的；且激光对刀，要求研磨液为无色。感应砂轮无限制。

 

2、床身结构：YWYM-D型整体加工，绝对保证丝杠、导轨面与工作台面垂直度，较上下分体式结构，有绝对优势。

 

3、防护门：YWYM-D型防护门采用安全光幕，自动左右推拉式，绝对保证安全。相比上下推门结构因下落伤人的危险系数为零。

 

4、冷却液：电磁废屑分离可选配。

 

5、伺服系统：进口；主轴电机：3kw西门子；磨削范围：φ0.8-φ260mm.
